Sales/Exchange
We stock a vast variety of new and refurbished printheads, printers, peripherals and components. In stock items are shipped the SAME day on orders placed before 1 PM, Eastern Standard Time. Through our exclusive Product Locator Service we can locate virtually any hard-to-find printheads as well as computer and POS equipment, and often have it shipped to you the NEXT day. Prices are based on availability. Please call for non-published pricing quotes.

Free Evaluation
All products sent to HEC receive a free evaluation at no charge to the customer, until we repair the item. Items shipped to HEC should be sent in the "as-failed" condition; and of course, we must reserve the right to refuse to repair any excessively damaged units. A bench charge may apply to no-fault-found receipt printers.

Turnaround
While we match the industry standard turnaround time of 3 to 5 days, we often refurbish and ship your order within 48 hours from the time of receipt. Expedite service is also available.

Warranty
HEC provides a six month, unconditional warranty on refurbished computer printheads. Point of Sale refurbished printers, peripherals and printheads carry a 90-day warranty, excluding LRC, Svenska, and Westrex printheads which are warrantied for a period of 30 days. New products are warrantied for a period of 90 days.

Shipping
We return ship ground transportation, but when more immediate delivery is required, simply indicate the required method on your packing slip. The customer is responsible for all shipping and customs charges.

No RMA Numbers
To expedite your order it is not necessary to call ahead for a RMA number. We do ask however, that with the packing slip you either enclose the technician's business card or supply us with a contact name, title and phone number that we can associate with our internal RMA number.
