Hillside Electronics is the only company in the industry that adheres to a Flat Rate Service Program. To you, this means one flat rate up front - no hidden costs, charges or surprises. Our Flat Rate Service fees include the costs of all parts and labor, so the rate you see listed is what you'll see on your final bill. It's as simple as that.

A 90-day parts and service warranty applies to all repaired printers, printheads, mechanisms and circuit boards.

Note: Thermal head replacements, cosmetic damages and missing parts may incur nominal additional charges.

Hillside Electronics never outsources repairs to other companies or countries. All repairs are performed in the USA, in our state-of-the-art service center.
